Kindly advise clients of Horizon Properties Inc. pre-qualification process which includes the Rental Application, Screening Fee for background check ($35-primary + $25 ea additional person 18yr's of age or older), Proof of income (Verification of Employment or 2 most recent check stubs), Copy of Photo I.D. (for all adults to reside in the unit). Also, full security deposit must be paid to Horizon Properties in order for the listing to be taken off the market. First month's (pro-rated) rent must be paid on or before move-in date. Move-in must be within 10 days of approved and accepted offer. Move-in inspection to be conducted on move-in date and keys will be issued immediately following the move-in inspection.
