Kindly advise clients of the pre-qualification process which includes the following: Rental Application Application Fee must be paid in cash ($35-primary + $25 ea additional person 18yr's of age or older) Proof of income (Verification of Employment or 2 most recent check stubs) Copy of Photo I.D. (for all adults to reside in the unit) Full security deposit must be paid (in cash or cashier's check) to Listing Agency in order for the listing to be taken off the market. First month's (pro-rated) rent must be paid to Listing Agency on or before move-in date. Move-in will be scheduled within 10 days of approved and accepted offer. Move-in inspection to be conducted on move-in date and keys will be issued immediately following the move-in inspection. Thank you.
